OneKisan Return Policy

  1. Open-Box Delivery (Mandatory):
  • Customers must open and check the product at the time of delivery.
  • If any damage, defect, or wrong item is found, it must be returned immediately to the delivery agent.
  • Once the product is accepted and the delivery is completed, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
  1. Reasons for Return:
  • Damaged or defective product.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Factory defect confirmed at delivery time.
  1. Return Process:
  • The issue must be reported to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
  • Replacement or refund will be processed only after confirmation of the returned product.
  1. Refund:
  • Refund will be initiated once the returned product is inspected and approved.
  • Refunds are processed through the same payment method and may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.

Note: Return requests made after delivery completion will not be accepted under any circumstances.
