OneKisan Return Policy
- Open-Box Delivery (Mandatory):
- Customers must open and check the product at the time of delivery.
- If any damage, defect, or wrong item is found, it must be returned immediately to the delivery agent.
- Once the product is accepted and the delivery is completed, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
- Reasons for Return:
- Damaged or defective product.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Factory defect confirmed at delivery time.
- Return Process:
- The issue must be reported to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
- Replacement or refund will be processed only after confirmation of the returned product.
- Refund:
- Refund will be initiated once the returned product is inspected and approved.
- Refunds are processed through the same payment method and may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
Note: Return requests made after delivery completion will not be accepted under any circumstances.
