OneKisan Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Pincode-Based Delivery:

• Selected pin codes are eligible for 24-hour fast delivery, depending on product availability and location.
• For all other serviceable pin codes, the standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on product type, stock availability, and courier service efficiency in your area.

1. Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp and email.
• You can track your order status anytime through the “My Orders” section on the OneKisan website.

1. COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy:

• For most COD orders, 5–10% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• In specific pin codes or for selected products, Full COD (without advance) is available. This will be shown at checkout.
• If advance payment is not made within 24 hours of placing a COD order, the order may be automatically cancelled.

1. Prepaid Orders:

• Prepaid orders are processed on priority and shipped faster than COD orders.
• Customers receive an instant payment confirmation and dispatch updates.

1. Shipping Charges:

• Shipping is free for prepaid orders above the minimum order value (displayed at checkout).
• For COD or low-value orders, a small delivery fee may apply based on pincode and courier charges.

1. Order Dispatch & Delivery:

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• During high-demand seasons or special offers, dispatch time may take slightly longer.

1. Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers can refuse delivery at the doorstep if needed.

1. Undelivered or Delayed Orders:

• If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact our support team.
• OneKisan will assist you in tracking and resolving any courier-related issues as quickly as possible.
