At OneKisan.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We offer a transparent refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience for every customer.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable only if the product received is damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect.
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (photo or video).
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Refund Process:
- Once your request is approved after verification, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used during the purchase (UPI, Wallet, or Bank Account).
Non-Refundable Items:
- Seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and any open or partially used agricultural products are non-refundable due to quality and safety reasons.
- No refund will be provided for “Change of Mind” or “Customer Preference” after delivery confirmation.
Open Box Delivery Orders:
- For open box deliveries, the product should be checked in front of the delivery agent.
- Once the order is accepted and confirmed by the customer, it will not be eligible for a refund.
