At OneKisan.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We offer a transparent refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience for every customer.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product received is damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (photo or video).
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Refund Process:

  • Once your request is approved after verification, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used during the purchase (UPI, Wallet, or Bank Account).

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and any open or partially used agricultural products are non-refundable due to quality and safety reasons.
  • No refund will be provided for “Change of Mind” or “Customer Preference” after delivery confirmation.

Open Box Delivery Orders:

  • For open box deliveries, the product should be checked in front of the delivery agent.
  • Once the order is accepted and confirmed by the customer, it will not be eligible for a refund.
